You can now fly the living skies four days instead of just three. Swanberg Air has expanded its flight schedule to Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday starting immediately.

“Flights are being booked, said Rich Wilde, Manager of Swanberg Air. “The market in the southwest is definitely showing promise so far. Now that we have sparked interest, we want to do what we can to accommodate that market and this is why we have decided to add another day to the schedule. We feel this change will be positive and are open to doing what we can to meet the needs of the southwest traveler”.

Marty Salberg, Business Development Officer for the city of Swift Current said, “This change is definitely a positive one, but we have to keep in mind that Swanberg is a business that must see a return and if we don’t use the service it will be lost. So we are encouraging people to do a little number crunching as they plan their budgets for 2010. For some, to factor in the cost to drive with travel time away from the office, possible cost of hotel stays, etc. flying may be a more feasible and efficient way to do business”.

Swanberg Air offers international connecting daily return flights to Regina and daily departures to Calgary. Also included on the schedule are flights to Red Deer and Grande Prairie and soon to include Estevan.
